**1\. About Our Products

FoodPencil is an edible writing tool designed for use on food surfaces. Our products are vegan, plant-based, gluten-free, and made without eggs or dairy. FoodPencil does not contain nuts; however, it is not produced in a nut-free facility, so trace cross-contact is possible. Customers with food allergies or sensitivities should review ingredient information carefully before purchasing.

**2\. Orders and Payment

By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or errors in pricing or product information.

**3\. Shipping and Returns

Shipping timelines and our return/refund policy are outlined separately on our Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds pages, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

**4\. Product Use and Storage

Food Pencils may soften in warmer weather. Customers are responsible for appropriate storage and handling after delivery. FoodPencil is not liable for product changes resulting from improper storage or exposure to heat.

**5\. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including text, images, logos, and product designs — is the property of FoodPencil and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

**6\. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FoodPencil is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount paid for the product in question.
