Returns & Refunds

Food Pencils are not returnable, refundable, or eligible for replacement.

We carefully inspect every pencil before it ships. Once an order leaves our hands, we have no control over how it's handled by the shipping carrier, and we're not responsible for pencils lost, left outside, or damaged in transit.

Please note that Food Pencils may soften in warmer weather.
