Shipping Policy

US orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days to ensure the speediest delivery. Orders placed on Friday will likely not begin processing until the following Monday — keep this in mind if you need faster delivery.

Delivery time frames depend on your location. For most of the USA, we aim to deliver within 3–5 business days after processing. For areas outside the USA, delivery can take up to 2 weeks or longer.

Ground parcel deliveries ship via USPS. Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive shipping details via email.

We strongly recommend shipping to a reliable address — FoodPencil is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

International Shipping

International shipments are sold exclusive of tax and may be subject to import duties and taxes levied once the shipment reaches your country. For details on customs charges, please consult your own country's customs authority.

All customs clearance charges are the responsibility of the customer. We have no control over these charges and are unable to predict them.
